Our Step-by-Step Process from Material Selection to Fabrication and Install
DESIGN
- Collaborate with us to finalize the countertop’s design, including color, edge profile, and overall aesthetic.
- Consider the layout of the space, functional requirements, and integration with other design elements.

TEMPLATE
- We start by taking accurate measurements of the countertop area, including dimensions, cutouts for sinks or cooktops, and any additional features.
- Next, we create a template using plywood or a similar material to outline the exact shape and dimensions of the countertop.
LAYOUT
- During the layout phase, close collaboration with the client is essential. We discuss and incorporate any design adjustments, preferences, or additional features into the layout plan to ensure that the final countertop aligns with the client’s vision.
- The layout phase serves as the foundation for the entire fabrication and installation process. Therefore, a well-executed layout not only enhances the countertop’s visual appeal but also ensures its functionality and longevity. Consequently, careful planning and attention to detail during this phase result in a countertop that seamlessly integrates with the space, while simultaneously enhancing its overall beauty.

CUTOUT
- We select the slab and cut it to match the template’s dimensions using diamond-tipped saws.
- Precision cutting is crucial to ensure tight seams and proper fit.
FABRICATION
We profile the edges of the slab according to your preferred design, choosing from common profiles such as mitered, beveled, bullnose, and ogee.
If the material is natural stone, we polish the surface using finer grits of diamond abrasives to enhance the marble’s shine and smoothness.
For larger countertops, we may need to seam multiple pieces together. Properly executed seams ensure a seamless appearance.
We make cutouts for sinks, faucets, and cooktops using water-cooled diamond tools to prevent overheating and cracking.
Finally, we seal the edges of the slab to prevent any potential damage.

INSTALL
We clear the installation area and remove any existing countertops.
We check the cabinets and support structures for stability.
Next, we carefully position the fabricated slab onto the cabinets or support structure.
We ensure the slab is level and properly aligned with the template.
We align and join the seams with epoxy specifically designed for natural or engineered stone. Additionally, we clean off any excess epoxy to ensure a smooth and clean seam.
